Return Policies

We honour all returns and credit your preferred account upon receipt of the returned package. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Damaged product such as bent propellers, broken handles or markings on the wood will forfeit reimbursement. Returned packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date. Use the contact form on this site to facilitate your requests and to address any issues that may arise. We will then contact you directly.

Before You Return Ship

The instruction sheet that ships with Yip Stick is thorough but 2 dimensional. If you require additional help to master the magic we will gladly arrange a demonstration meeting through Google Meet. Google Meet is freely available on any app store.

Send your meeting request using our contact form. Include your local time and date and the phone number you would like us to call. Also include your time zone. These meetings can only be conducted in English.
